DHL is a global logisitics provider and one of the world’s largest employers. Communicating and sharing can be a big challenge for an organisation that spans virtually every timezone.
DHL wanted to create a mulit-language interactive portal that would enable sales employees from all over the world to connect, communicate and share ideas.

Our Solution
- By utilising the latest social media techniques Type3 developed a multi-language interactive portal that enables DHL employees from all over the world to connect, communicate and share ideas
- Behind this socially engaging frontend, Type3 developed a translation workflow process and CMS to ensure that each of the 12 language versions are current, and consistent down to a country and regional level
- The site also has a unique interactive dashboard that organizes and displays sales metrics, on an individual and group level, in a way that is engaging and easy to read by the user
Results
- The site continues to maintain a user base of around 7500 users per month
- Increasing engagement has been observed from the sales force and hype about the site has not died down since going live
- Total logins continue to increase for all regions
